Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

Who you are contracting with

Simulate It is operated by Audrey Liu ("we", "us", "the seller"). By using Simulate It, you agree to these terms and are contracting with Audrey Liu.

The service

Simulate It is a sports stroke-analysis simulator. You upload a photo or short video of your stroke, and an AI coach gives feedback on what to change. The service is provided as a monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. That means no:

  • Unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
  • Uploading content you have no right to use, or content that infringes anyone's intellectual property.
  • Uploading illegal content, hate speech, or manipulated media meant to deceive.
  • Interfering with the service's security — no malware, probing, or scraping.
  • Trying to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent the service's technical limits.

You are responsible for the content you upload, for having the rights to it, and for how you use the feedback you receive. AI feedback can be wrong — always use your own judgement, and treat it as coaching suggestions, not professional or medical advice.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Payments and subscription

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then to pay nothing.

Intellectual property

We own the service and its intellectual property (software, design, and branding). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the service to you.

Service level

We work hard to keep Simulate It running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data), and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate these rules. When your access ends, your reviews and uploaded files may be deleted — you can delete them yourself at any time before that.
